Shock Top ~ Twisted Pretzel Wheat
The aroma on this brew is strong, and yes the pretzel burn bread hits you. I picked up a bit of the salt sweetness on it. Overall a shock top beer that you either like or not.

Shock Top - Honey Bourbon Cask Wheat
This is another interesting beer from Shock Top who is based out of St. Louis, MO. They are known for their flavor / fruit style brews as I put it. They all most always have some fruit on the bottle which is in the beer. You either like it or not as I have come to find.
This is not a beer for everyone because of the heavy honey notes and flavor. I did not pickup the bourbon as strong but its there. I would however put this in the section beer category for those who do end up liking it. Its more of a late summer brew to me. I think it has an ok month feel with a tiny after taste. So until the next pint, happy tasting :)

Weyerhaeuser ~ Verboten
Holly cr$&, what a nice nose on this brew hitting with spice. And the taste, well it's great. Just the right beer for this time if year.
Yuengling ~ Oktoberfest
Yuengling brewery is one of my goto everyday drinkers. Its just a great beer at a great price. They have been around since 1829 and as they put it "Americas Oldest Brewery". The story starts with some guy from Wuerttemberg, Germany, his name.... David G. Yuengling and thank goodness he picked an area near me lol. Now as for this Oktoberfest, I only recall seeing it in 2013, but the time line shows that they introduced it in 2011.
Style: Oktoberfest

This is an OK brew. Its crazy light because its gluten-free, now if your looking for a gluten-free beer, you can't go wrong with dogfish head. It's a perfect beer for the summer. It's got lots of noise but for me falls short of the lasting taste side of things. Well, till the next Pint, happy tasting :)

Kronenbourg 1664 ~ Blanc
This is a French beer and although we know the French are known for their fine wines, this brew is not to be missed. This brewery was established in 1664....Duh.... in Strasbourg France. One thing I don't write about and will start with this beer is the bottle, which is a dark blue with an appealing yet simple look.
I enjoyed this one on Aug 8, 2014
Great clean beer on a summer hot day. nice simple noise but hints of spice on this beer that come out as you allow it to sit in your month. Bountiful creamy head after the first pour that just grabs you
Nice hazy amber color to this beer at calls you to it on a hot day.....Drink me....and yes I did, gratefully. Till the next pint, happy tasting :)
