Kronenbourg 1664 ~ Blanc

This is a French beer and although we know the French are known for their fine wines, this brew is not to be missed. This brewery was established in 1664....Duh.... in Strasbourg France. One thing I don't write about and will start with this beer is the bottle, which is a dark blue with an appealing yet simple look.
I enjoyed this one on Aug 8, 2014

Great clean beer on a summer hot day. nice simple noise but hints of spice on this beer that come out as you allow it to sit in your month. Bountiful creamy head after the first pour that just grabs you
Nice hazy amber color to this beer at calls you to it on a hot day.....Drink me....and yes I did, gratefully. Till the next pint, happy tasting :)

Yule Tide 2013
I pickup sweetness from the, but could be the ginger that they brewed this beer with. Looks like I have to work a bit on my noise :), but this beer has a really nice taste and sparkling month feel that's long lasting. I also picked up a bit of a toasted taste to this brew as I let it sit in my month. This is a really nice beer for a cool to mild night. There is no bitterness to this beer and I think its more of on the complete side. I picked this up very early in the year Jan- Fed but let it sit. I cooled it this week in the frig and really enjoyed it. I will be looking for 2014's this season and will report back. Well till the next Pint, happy tasting :)

Candi ~ Belgian Tripel
What is nice and clean beer. I love this brew, I also shared it with Jill and she also was digging it. Its very a well balanced beer with wonderful month feel. Its a nice intro into the Belgian triple style brews and if you like this one you'll be ready to the Quads. Great beer for any time of the year so if you have a chance and can get it, please do. Well till the next Pint, happy tasting :)

Yards ~ Chocolate Love Stout

Yards brewery is a Philadelphia brewing company started in 1994 by Brewmaster, Tom Kehoe who began in Manayunk and later upgraded and revitalized an industrial facility along the Delaware River. From what I can tell they also seem to care about being as "green" as they can and think about the life cycle of the brewing process. I say lets raise a glass to that!!! They offer a good selection of fine craft beers that all are very good for most everyone's tastes. So try to find it in your local pud or beer shop and enjoy.

Chocolate Love Stout

This is a very enjoyable beer that is smooth with long lasting taste. It's rich in flavor and goes down like silk. Great creamy month feel that is well balanced in my opinion. I would however say this is a great fall / winter brew. I am in air-conditioning so it's all good. :) I had this one 750ml. with others who very much enjoyed it too so I think you too would enjoy even the a hop lover would appreciate this brew. Until the next Pint, happy tasting :)

Summer Love

If you like IPA's then you should enjoy this brew and its a great pick for the summer as its nice and light yet still crisp for that hot summer day. This beer does hit on the hoppy side so be prepared if you think its going to be a simple clean ale cause its not. Till the next pint, Happy tasting :)

DuClaw ~ Euforia

This is a toffee nut brown ale. Great light dark color with little head to it. Light on the nose, I could not pick up much from it. But Tate this one on its smooth brew. Well till the next pint, happy tasting
